Shipping policy
Everbeing reserves the right to cancel orders if the shipping destination does not appear to be a related company or educational institution.
All orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Our shipping operation is based from Taiwan.
International Shipping
For orders under $250, we charge $80 for delivery. There is a flat fee of $100 for orders over $250 with no limit. If you are purchasing from one of the countries serviced by our distributor or if it is not listed below, please contact us directly to add it into our list.. Please check back again as our service area may change at any time.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Everbeing is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
We do not ship to P.O. Box destinations.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We only accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is sealed. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way or is not functioning correctly upon arrival, please email us as soon as possible at support@everbeingprober.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
